Marriage Course Childcare Registration (6wks-18months)

If you are attending a Church class, Bible study, or group on the Church campus and you would like childcare (ONLY FOR CHILDREN 6 WEEKS THROUGH 5th GRADE), please fill out this form FOR EACH CHILD. There are limited spots available for childcare. If all spots are filled, you may request via email (tara@fumc-rr.org) to be added to the childcare waitlist. If you reserve a spot and miss two events in a row without communicating with the preschool coordinator (Tara Harrelson), your childcare spot will be given to a family on the waitlist.
